Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I booked by mistake Calais - Dover instead UK Dover - Calais France .I was in UK to go true France .But the staff was very helpful and the lady that checked my booking she changed it for me with the next ferry .I believe she was a lady originally from Thailand .Very helpful and supportive because I panic knowing that I might have to pay again .Thank you one more time .
I booked instead Dover - Calais the other way Calais - Dover and is wrong 17918****.
Looking to travel from UK to France and not the other way .

I booked over direct ferry app and I paid also that talking money from my account still Im not receiving confirmation booking number and please do something because I must be tomorrow in Germany
